A recent study shows that young consumers buying behavior expect brands to offer reusable, affordable products with eco-friendly packaging. Gen Z, in particular, expects brands to educate consumers about the environment. They also prefer brands to make broader changes, not just one-time efforts, which sets them apart from Millennials.
